We have designed this journal to be the little support book that tucks neatly into your bag and can go with you everywhere. This means you can be mindful of your eating, write down your feeling and use the journal as a way to keep yourself focused and motivated.

We have all heard of that Harvard study into students that had goals, some that thought about them and others that wrote them down. The students who wrote down their goals were profoundly more successful than any other group. Research also shows that if you write down everything you eat, you are less likely to cheat and this, quite simply, increases your chances for success.

Your Ph@tt Journal! 

A little book of motivation to carry with you. 

The journal has been designed so that you can carry it around with you. It is A5 (the perfect size to drop into your handbag) and has a soft cover so it is nice and light. We have made the front cover really pretty and super discreet so no-one will know you are carrying around your Ph@tt journal. 

 

Getting started

Taking note of where you are now 

The first few pages of the journal are dedicated to YOU. We want you to take some time to stop and think about where you are now and where you would like to be. We have included space to your your thoughts but also the practical stuff like all your measurements. We have put in a cute little tracker to visually see your progress.

Keeping track

60 days of inspiration

The main part of the journal is for you to track each day for 60 days. There is a sample page of this with space to write your weight, your loss, what you have eaten, reminders to take your supplements as well as some space to journal your thoughts. These days are laid out with plenty of space (one day is spread across 2 pages).
